Boulevard Brewing Company’s newest offering, LUNAR Ale,  is their first new year-round beer since Dry Stout was introduced in April of 1996.
LUNAR Ale is brewed using a special proprietary yeast strain, which gives the beer subtle aromatic notes.
Stylistically, LUNAR Ale falls somewhere between an English-style Brown Ale and a South German-style Dunkel Weizen, but it is actually nothing like either of these. It is a unique beer, impossible to categorize.
IN A NUTSHELL: You could describe LUNAR as “A cloudy brown ale with a complex, malty aroma and flavor, and a crisp, soothing finish.”
So if you have not tried it, DO!  And vendors, if you don’t have this on tap yet, GET IT!  I promise you, it will sell!!!
